Enjoy the golden sand beach of Calafell extending over 5 kilometers. Located on the clear blue waters of Mediterranean of Spain, the beach is ideal for families and water sports.

The three beaches and the promenade of Calafell were the first in Catalonia to receive ISO certification in 2003. It also obtained the environmental management system EMS certification, verified by the EU. The blue flag is present on our beaches since 1992.

The beaches of Calafell are ideal for family tourism. There is a kids club on the beach for the small ones (more info) and play areas for children. The beach is very clean and well maintained. It has good facilities such as showers and a Red Cross station.

The beaches are also well suited for a wide range of activities and water sports like windsurfing, kite surfing, jet-ski, catamaran sailing, soccer and beach volleyball.
